The Arts Alliance provides communication within the arts community
with a mission to advocate for, support, recognize and coordinate
efforts to enhance the state of the arts in the Albuquerque metropolitan
area. As the only organization that serves all arts disciplines (dance,
theatre, music, literary and visual), they occupy a unique position in
the community.

Harwood Art Center
The Harwood Art Center is a community benefit organization dedicated
to supporting the life-long discovery process through the arts.
Harwood's goals, which are achieved through direct services and
programming, are to provide access to space and an audience for artists,
top quality performances and exhibitions for our community, and arts
education for all. The Harwood is also integrally involved in community
building efforts in the neighborhood and in the larger community in New
Mexico.

New Mexico Arts
New Mexico Arts is the state arts commission and is a division of the
Department of Cultural Affairs. Its primary function is to provide
financial support for arts services and programs to non-profit
organizations statewide and to administer the 1% public art program for
the state of New Mexico.

New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund
The NMCDLF assist businesses and nonprofits that provide positive social
benefits, meet other special requirements, and are unable to access
loans from traditional sources, such as banks. They place particular
emphasis on helping low-income people, women and minorities. Owners of
established businesses, individuals who want to start their own
business, and non-profit organizations can all borrow from the loan fund.

OFFCenter Community Arts
OFFCenter is a community art space located in the heart of Albuquerque.
The center is home to a studio, a gallery and a sales shop. Anyone in
the community is welcome to come to OFFCenter to make and buy art.
Artists of low income are especially encouraged to make art in the
studio, sell their work in the sales shop and submit their work for
display in the gallery. Individuals, families and groups participate in
a wide variety of both casual open studios and organized activities.
They believe in art making as central to community building. Shared
creative expression leads to shared visions and the emergence of a
compassionate common life.
